Another Plunge

Cayse and I have been keeping our eye on the real estate market in Pullman for a while now. Our rental situation is pretty good so we have been resisting jumping in for anything less than exactly what we are looking for. Recently a house came on the market that we decided to look into and the more we looked, the more we liked it. We ended up putting an offer on it on Friday and are waiting to hear back. The owners are in Ireland (kind of a long story) so we are hoping to hear back today or tomorrow. It does need some TLC but it has a good amount of space and is in a good neighborhood. We aren’t afraid of putting in some sweat equity, provided the price reflects it. Anyhow, Cayse took a ton of pictures which are now up on the gallery.
